Recipe Of The Week: Miso-Butter Glazed Sweet Potatoes

One of my most highly-requested recipes from my Arrae dinner party! I almost felt silly writing it out, as it is truly so simple -- but these are the most divine sweet potatoes I have ever made!

Miso Butter Roasted Sweet Potatoes

The perfect pairing to any dish like my Asian salmon from my website, Nobu black cod which was my recipe of the week recently, or even my ground chicken Asian lettuce cups. They were the biggest hit at the Arrae dinner party I cooked for and curated recently and I’m so excited to share them with you all!

Ingredients:

For The Sweet Potatoes:

• 4–6 Large Orange Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes

• Olive Oil, for roasting

• 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, for roasting
